When Meeting In-Person We Will
If we choose to have in-person our sessions, we agree that we choose to do so as responsible adults who are navigating a very uncertain world. When we meet, we agree:
- to not touch each other
- to keep our five to six feet distance at all times
- that you bring your own headset if we are to use bilateral music (more details about downloading bilateral music below)
- as for myself, I will take all precautions to disinfect all surfaces the previous person before you may have come in contact with
- I will open and close all doors so that you don’t have to touch doorknobs or anything else
- I will offer you plastic gloves should you want to wear some
- I will provide one- time use paper towels should you want/need to wash your hands
- And I/We will keep on implementing all that we know to do to help lower the spread of COVID-19, so that we all keep each other safe and healthy!
If our sessions involve Brainspotting or EMDR, we will need bilateral music. I invite you to bring your own headset and use my small iPod (plastic gloves are available if you want), or to download your own bilateral music on your phone. Your options to do so are:
- Spotify and search “bilateral music” or “David Grand”
- CD Baby: https://store.cdbaby.com/Artist/BodhiTreeBilateral
- Official Brainspotting Website:
https://brainspotting.com/product/inner-mirror-biolateral-cd-2/ (which has the “Sound Waves” track I often play)
